60 Million Postcards
Situated in the centre of town, 60 Mill offers a laid back, retro vibe with plenty going on, from jumble sales to board games and free live music.
The Old Fire Station
This nightclub is owned by the Students’ Union at Bournemouth University and is the biggest student-focused club in Bournemouth. It has regular student nights, such as WAYF (We Are Your Friends) and Dub Optic amongst others. This quirky independent bar and music venue has an award winning beer garden, which is perfect for a sunny afternoon. It hosts one of the biggest weekly selections of live music and is a Boscombe student favourite.
An intimate venue, with bare brick walls, The Bunker features music acts across three floors. Based in Lansdowne, next to The Old Fire Station, providing you with a range of specialist music until 4am.
This is where the Bournemouth gay scene has its home; full of bars, clubs, quirky cafes and glitter.
Does Your Mother Know (DYMK) is one of the bars that offers regular nights of cabaret shows and tribute acts.
