Our theme for May is Perfectionism. Not sure if that’s you? Perfectionism is thinking ‘I have to get it right, otherwise I’m a failure’, ‘I have to do it this  way – there’s no other way’ or ‘I won’t even try in case I’m no good’.

Perfectionism affects how we view ourselves, as well as how we relate to others. It can stop us working effectively, feeling secure and even enjoying ourselves!

There are lots of ways to challenge perfectionism and it can be defeated with a change of perspective! Check our tips and resources on perfectionism below.
