GIAG: Dance Fitness

Give It A Go Dance Fitness is a great society for anyone who wants an easy workout with none of the gym commitment. Everyone’s welcome to join anytime, no matter how many sessions missed!
A typical session will consist of a warm up run, followed by the dance routines alongside some tutorials for newcomers and ending with a stretch.

How much? The sessions are £2.00 on the door. Just turn up, pay and get involved!
What shall I bring? Sporty clothes, your student ID card and a bottle of water. Maybe a towel too!
