GIAG: Wind-down Yoga
Friday 26 February 2021, 5pm - 6pm
Join us for an online yoga session with our lovely instructor Joy, as part of our Give it a Go session.
It runs weekly on Fridays 5-6pm and is free to attend.
These online sessions will be hosted via Zoom (link can be found here) and are open to all abilities and identities.
This session will focus on stretching and movement to help you unwind and relax, while building core strength and improving flexibility.
