Bus Trip: New Forest

Saturday 13 October 2018, 10:45am - 4:30pm

Location: Meet at AUBSU

The New Forest is Hampshire’s national park, home to around 4,000 ponies, cattle and deer who roam freely amongst the ancient woodland. We want to take you out to explore this area of outstanding beauty, get some fresh air in your lungs and hopefully spot some local deer!

We’ve arranged for a coach to take you from AUB campus to Bolderwood Deer Sanctuary, at the heart of the New Forest, where you can explore the area for a few hours before returning to AUB. Bring your cameras and sketch pads!

As this is England, there’s a real chance of wet-weather so make sure you’re prepared with suitable footwear, warm clothes and a waterproof! We also recommend you bring your own lunch, bottle of water and snacks, as there will not be a shop nearby.

The coach boards from AUB campus at 10.45am (meet at AUBSU office) so please arrive in good time.
We’ll be back on campus at 4.30pm in the afternoon.
