Give It A Go Fitness is the perfect way to get active if you're on a tight schedule, as sessions are only 30 minutes long (after a quick warm-up and ending with some stretching and mindfulness).
This session really gets your heart pumping through high cardio moves and makes sure all the key muscles in your body get their turn.
Don't worry if it sounds a bit intense - everyone is welcome and do as much as they're able and we won't push you beyond what you're capable of! As long as you're moving and your heart rate is up then you'll reap the benefits of this class
How much? The sessions are £2.00 on the door. Just turn up, pay and get involved!
What shall I bring? Sporty clothes, your student ID card and a bottle of water. Maybe a towel too!
