Yoga: Core Strength & Balance

Whether you’re a seasoned pro, or a complete beginner our sessions are designed to be fun, and with zero commitment, perfect to fit around your studies.

This class focuses on core stability and increasing ­flexibility throughout the body. Improving your core strength will help you align your body, build up protection for your lower back and help you move more efficiently. This is a great class for anyone interested in fitness. It can be particularly beneficial for sports like surfing, SUP boarding, running and cycling. This core strength class is the ideal environment to build the fitness and strength that you need in your daily lives. It will compliment your other activities and will help to improve your overall fitness. The class will finish with a focus on breathing and relaxation to help gather the benefits of the physical work. This class is suitable for all levels including beginners.

Just turn up, pay and get involved!

Mats are provided but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. As we're using the dance studio, this is a no-shoes session.
