Dance Fitness

Join the Dance Fitness team and get your sweat on! 

Give It A Go Fitness is a great session for anyone who wants an easy workout with none of the gym commitment. Everyone’s welcome to join anytime, no matter how many sessions missed!

A typical session will consist of a warm up run, followed by the dance routines alongside some tutorials for newcomers and ending with a stretch.

No prior dance experience required! Check our Instagram and Facebook for news and updates!

When? Fridays 5-6pm (from 17/01)

Where? Studio 1 in SportBU 

How much? £2 at the door - turn up, pay and join in on the fun!
