Dance Fitness

This year we introduce Dance Movement with an experienced Choreography student from AUB Acting.

These movement workshops are going to teach you how to connect your feelings, emotions and thoughts to the body and give you a chance to explore those feelings, emotions and thoughts through movement. This workshop is also going to discover the ways you communicate your holistic self to other people. Then we are taking all this experience to create and learn short (longer in the end) contemporary dance sequences.

There are no requirements to join this class, it is meant for everyone and friendly to all body types.

The Dance Movement sessions are held every Thursday 5pm-6pm at the Acyivity Room, AUB Campus Halls.
