Dance Fitness

Join the Dance Fitness team and get your sweat on! 

Give It A Go Fitness is a great session for anyone who wants an easy workout with none of the gym commitment.
Everyone’s welcome to join anytime, no matter how many sessions missed!

A typical session will consist of a warm up run, followed by the dance routines alongside some tutorials for newcomers and ending with a stretch.

No prior dance experience required!


The Dance Fitness sessions are held at SportBU, Studio 1.
