WHAT IS THINK TANK?
AUBSU’s Think Tank is your chance to tell us what is on your mind, whether there is something you love about your course or the campus, or something you want to see changed. Whatever it is, we want to hear about it!
WHEN AND WHERE IS THE THINK TANK HAPPENING?
Every term we will be dedicating a whole week to collecting all your ideas and feedback. keep an eye out for us in the courtyard with our pink Think Tank cards! However, we know that you will be having bright ideas all year round, so this form will be up all the time. If you prefer, you can pop into the office and fill out one of our little cards, or collect one from your Course Rep.
WHAT HAPPENS WITH MY COMMENTS?
All of your thoughts and feelings are collected and typed up into our big feedback database. We sort all your comments by topic, and then look for any patterns or common issues, and then we get to work resolving them. We can also use your info to make sure the things you really love about AUB don’t change or go away.
WHY ARE YOU ASKING ME FOR ALL THIS PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We want AUB to be a happy and welcoming place for all students, no matter what they study or where they come from. Being able to sort comments by course, year, gender and ethnicity allows us to see if particular groups of students are having problems. This allows us to work smarter to solve issues for the right people. The form is otherwise totally anonymous.
