Without further ado, feast your eyes on this year's line-up:
DUB PISTOLS
The mighty DUB PISTOLS bring their incendiary full live band show to Bournemouth! Reggae-breaks-jungle mashup, the gangster-swaggering festival stalwarts whose rollercoaster story reads like a rock’n’roll cautionary tale on a grand scale.
Signed to Bestival’s Sunday Best label, The Dub Pistols have been at the forefront of the UK counter culture since the 90’s and reached new heights when ‘Cyclone’ was featured on video game Tony Hawks Pro Skater 2. A rampant mix of dub, reggae, ska, punk, breaks, beats and drum'n'bass, their live show is a dub-quaking extravaganza, built for big fields and summer sound systems.
THE ARTFUL DODGER
Artful Dodger is established as the most commercially successful UK Garage act to have emerged from the scene to date. An amazing string of chart topping hits, remixes and a platinum selling album, It’s All About The Stragglers, confirmed Artful Dodger’s place as the premier UK garage act. Re-Rewind, Movin’ Too Fast and Please Don’t Turn Me On are just a few of the many Artful Dodger tracks which have found their way onto nearly every UK garage compilation made in the last 20 years.
LOWKEY
With his own unique take on racism, war, and global political issues, rapper and activist (and member of several supergroups) Lowkey has emerged as one of the British hip-hop scene's most outspoken artists.
“Arguably the biggest name on the UK hip-hop underground scene” The Guardian
“Soundtrack To The Struggle solidifies Lowkey’s position at the forefront of UK hip hop” SBTV
