Dorset Children’s Foundation Need Your Craft Skills!

What's the project?

Dorset Children’s Foundation need crafty people as we have a very exciting project coming up and need your help. We are taking on a new premises in Boscombe which will be used for pre-loved clothes, as well as an invaluable meeting space for our families and their children. This will be under the theme ‘Enchanted Forest’!

We would like artists and crafters to create and donate flowers, blossoms, ivy, leaves and anything else that lends itself to our Enchanted Forest theme. They can be any size or colour - get creative!

We'd also love a selection of British birds / butterflies (anything from sculpture topapier-mâché!), that we can hang from the ceiling. This means they would have to be minimum of a foot big!

Woodland creatures in any medium would also be greatly appreciated. From bugs to squirrels ( fairies & elves too please). Any of the above can be made out of tissue paper, house hold recycling, scraps of material etc. knitted, crochet etc

Interested?

Just get crreating! Once completed, please drop off at our shop 695/697 Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, BH7 6AF. There is a loading bay right outside in front of the bus stop. The shop is currently shut but Jayne and Paulene will be there from 9-12 weekdays so tap on the door .

If you are unable to drop off we would be more than happy to collect. Contact: Patsy Hallmey - Patsy@thedcf.org
