Yoga is part of AUBSU’s Give it a Go social sports programme.

Whether you’re a seasoned pro, or a complete beginner our sessions are designed to be fun, and with zero commitment, perfect to fit around your studies.

The sessions are £2.00 on the door.
Just turn up, pay and get involved!

Yoga returns in September and will be held at AUB Dance Studio 2. Yoga focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.
