Yoga

Yoga is part of AUBSU’s Give it a Go social sports programme.

Whether you’re a seasoned pro, or a complete beginner our sessions are designed to be fun, and with zero commitment, perfect to fit around your studies.

The sessions are £2.00 on the door.
Just turn up, pay and get involved!

Yoga runs on Thursdays 17:00 to 18:00 in AUB Dance Studio 2 and focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.
