Independent Sport

As well as weekly sessions for Give it a Go, we'll also be supporting those of you that like to exercise independently. So we'll be getting in some fitness trackers that you can borrow from the SU to help track your workouts outside of Give it a Go sessions. 

The tracker will give you reports on your route, heart rate, calories burnt, distance, speed and pace. Pretty nifty, right?
