BUMF.media originally started off as a 32 page printed zine consisting of students work from the Arts University Bournemouth. The development of BUMF:Media has progressed into a multi-platform brand enabling students numerous opportunities to showcase their work. Our aim is to continuously develop current and future platforms for students and to create more awareness of the incredible creative abilities at AUB. BUMF.media is supported by Arts University Bournemouth Students’ Union (AUBSU).

AUB students can submit their work by using our form or get in touch with us by emailing hello@bumfmedia.co.uk

Our printed zine is published once a term; drop by AUBSU office next to Student Services to pick up a copy of the current zine.

You can get involved with BUMF in four ways, as a contributor, exhibitor, part of the editorial team, or part of the gallery team.

Have you taken a picture you're particularly proud of? Designed a marvellous model? Written a wonderful word piece? BUMF is able to showcase art in all its forms via its online webpage, termly zine or Facebook blog. All you have to do is submit your piece on the BUMF website for their consideration.

Thanks to the BUMF Gallery in the basement of University House, AUB students finally have somewhere on campus that they can display their work. With regular exhibitions the BUMF Gallery Team are keen to show off what our students are capable of. So if you want to exhibit something just submit it.

It takes a dedicated team of students to ensure that BUMF runs smoothly. With roles from Social Media Editor to Review Editor there is something for everyone. If you want to be part of the team behind the scenes keep your eye on their Join the Team page!

The Gallery may be part of BUMF but it is looked after by the Gallery Team. These guys make sure that the Gallery is kept busy with some great exhibitions throughout the year and help students to display their work in the best way possible. If you think you've got what it takes then keep your eye out for a position on their jobs page.

Fill out the form below and a member of the BUMF team will be in touch with details of their next meeting!
